Viruses – how not to get ill?

Today, our health is threatened by a large number of viral diseases and infections. Every year there is a new strain of influenza, now the coronavirus is actively spreading. There are already cases of the disease in Ukraine. The Ministry of Health announced disappointing forecasts of an increase in the incidence of viral infections by 14%. And having a cold up to 6 times a year has become a common norm for us.

But did you know that getting sick is, in principle, not natural for our body? What we have taken to consider as a seasonal norm of diseases, because everyone gets sick and this is such a period of the year, is in fact absolutely unnatural for a person or just a skillful influence on our minds of pharmaceutical corporations! Yes, yes, if the body is exposed to diseases, this indicates only one thing – a failure in vital processes, namely, problems with immunity. It is strong immunity that protects us from all existing diseases, whether it be a new strain of influenza or a new unknown virus. Surely among your acquaintances there is such a person who gets sick very rarely or does not get sick at all. This is not a sign of luck or incredible luck at all – it is a sign of good, strong immunity. Remember all the measures for the prevention of colds that you know, what your doctor usually advises to do, and you will see that all these measures are aimed precisely at strengthening the human immune system. Let’s take a closer look.

Prevention of viral diseases and colds

Let’s start with the fact that the flu and an acute respiratory viral infection (in other words, a cold) are most often caused by various kinds of viruses that enter the human body from the external environment. Such diseases are transmitted by airborne droplets, through coughing, sneezing and even breathing. Further, in the case of strong immunity, the virus dies immediately or after a short period of time, without starting to progress. And in the case of weak immunity for the virus, there are no obstacles to the development and damage to the human body. Hence, it is the flu and viral diseases that are much more dangerous, since they can cause complications and trigger into a protracted illness.

 

 

 

Therefore, the prevention of influenza and the prevention of colds is carried out, as a rule, according to the following scenario:

1. Eat a balanced food and include more vitamins in your diet.

2. Do not overcool.

3. Minimize the intake of sugar in any form.

4. More outdoor activities.

5. Wash your hands regularly. Better with liquid soap, paying attention to the fingertips, the spaces between the fingers and under the nails. Hands should be washed for 20-30 seconds in water at room temperature.

6. Avoid large crowds, especially if you are hungry.

7. Go in for sports or exercise.

9. Vaccination.

There are two main types of influenza and SARS prevention: specific and non-specific.

  • Specific include various kinds of drug treatment, as well as vaccination.
  • Non-specific include vitamins, natural immunomodulators, a healthy lifestyle, hardening and a healthy diet.

One way or another, each of these types is aimed at strengthening the immune system and maintaining the body. According to Dr. Komarovsky, a surge in viral diseases is predicted in Ukraine in the spring. Therefore, it is extremely important now to strengthen your immunity in order not to get sick.

Strengthening immunity

According to doctor Alexander Zolotarev:

“The human immune system performs not only the function of protecting against foreign viruses, bacteria and protozoa, but also provides control over the appearance and growth of its own tumor cells, regulates the state of its own microflora. Disruption of the system can lead to the appearance of autoimmune diseases (when its own immune system aggressively attacks its own organs and tissues) and the appearance of allergic diseases. The degree of antiviral protection depends on the state of the immune system of the human body as a whole. A viral disease causes a significant stress in the work of the immune system, which can lead to a violation of the above functions of the immune system and, in addition to the most painful condition, cause a subsequent autoimmune disease or even contribute to the development of an oncological disease. Seasonal acute respiratory viral infections are dangerous for people in contact with a sick person, and require special measures to prevent the disease.

Strengthening immunity can be done in two ways:

1) medication, through the use of drugs, medicines and vaccination.

2) the use of natural immunomodulatory components and various health-improving activities.

Let’s analyze each of the methods in more detail:

FIRST way: In the case of drug strengthening of the immune system or vaccination, you use an acceptable and safe for life rate of chemicals that are aimed at maintaining the body and filling gaps in immunity. Their main property is not raising immunity to the required level, but its temporary replacement for a certain period. Thus, the immune system of a person who constantly takes such drugs does not improve, does not develop, but is in a state of constant regression, since from year to year auxiliary substances are introduced into the body that replace its functions. One of the biggest disadvantages of such prevention is the negative impact on other organs and body systems. As they say: “We treat one thing – we ruin another.” To date, there are no such drugs and medicines that would 100% pointwise affect certain organs or systems without causing side effects. And as a rule, what is good for one system is bad for another. This is how you enter into a state of chronic disease state, treatment and endless elimination of the effects of the effects of drugs.

SECOND way: is more effective and does not cause side effects. Taking natural immunomodulating agents helps to activate the immune system, and not replace it. Thus, your body builds an effective defense against viruses, bacteria and fungi. And such protection from year to year becomes only stronger. And most importantly – without harm to the body and health in general.

Another important factor is the cost of preventing flu and colds. In the first case, not small sums will have to be paid for medicines every season. While natural immunomodulators will come out much cheaper in the end.
