The composition of ginseng is unique. Recent studies have shown that, in addition to ginsenosides, ginseng contains a large number of other important compounds, which together have a significant effect on the human body. These include phenols, lipids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids, polyacetylene, minerals, including organic germanium.
